Marching Band Competition Chaperones
What: Help with chaperoning the band on bus trips to competitions. Also, help the band get ready to march, pass out food & drinks, move props, and supervise students.
- Must be in good physical health as there is usually a lot of walking required.
- Must have an MOHP Background check and Volunteer Form on file at the Central Administration Office.
- All new volunteers whom have never chaperoned a marching band competition with us MUST attend a chaperone training meeting.
Who: Family of Band Members
When: Dates are below. You can sign up for any you are available to attend.
- Providing your availability does NOT guarantee you a chaperone spot. A finalized chaperone list will be provided prior to the beginning of the marching band competition dates.
- Approval for an overnight trip is contingent upon meeting the overnight chaperone requirements as outlined by the Booster Board.
- Saturday, September 20
- Saturday, September 27
- Friday, October 3 & Saturday, October 4 (overnight stay)
- Friday, October 17 & Saturday, October 18 (overnight stay)
